IFZA and Meydan sit in one published-tariff band for a lean consultancy and trading company on a flexi desk with two visas. DMCC is a different product: a Government of Dubai schedule, a JLT address, and a Jump Start year that bundles the desk, then a separate flexi-desk lease of AED 16,000–19,000 on top of a licence renewal of AED 20,265.
